Automated screening and credit checks are not part of the current Jorato platform yet. We're working toward a more structured applicant flow. Until then you can already manage prospects and applicants close to the case.
What we're planning
Applicant roles on the case
Mark customers as interested, applicant or tenant so the team knows how far each person is.
Interest-list criteria
Collect preferences for rent, size, rooms and area — as a basis for who you prioritise.
Reserved status
Move the case to reserved when you've chosen a candidate and keep channels under control.
